He quickly assessed the situation and started the treatment right away, which gave us immense relief during such a stressful time. What truly stood out was his constant support and dedication—despite our repeated calls and messages, he remained patient, responsive, and always reassured us. He stayed connected throughout, regularly checking in on our baby’s condition and guiding us at every step. His calm approach, clear communication, and genuine care made a huge difference. Had a really good experience with Shashannk. He is a very nice person and truly cares about animals. He always checked in and took follow-ups for my kitten Jeeva. Jeeva is a rescued Persian kitten and she was in a very bad condition—parvo positive, mouth ulcers, severe conjunctivitis, and skin infections. He admitted her for 3 days and there was always someone there day and night to take care of her. He also kept sending us photos and videos. The best part was that he didn’t overcharge or suggest unnecessary things. He only did what was actually needed. Because of his care, Jeeva has recovered a lot now.
